Matthew Hover

Matthew Hover has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matthew worked as a Sales Associate and Shift Manager at Haney Shoe Stores, Inc. for 16 years, gaining experience in retail sales, inventory management, and running satellite store locations. Matthew then joined C&A Industries as an Account Manager, where they focused on developing business relationships and recruiting candidates for various positions. In 2005, Matthew became a licensed Realtor at Nebraska Realty, assisting clients with buying, selling, and building homes. Matthew also served as the Director of Education, overseeing training and continuing education for new agents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, Matthew held roles as the Director of Agent Academy and Recruiter, where they provided training and support to new agents, and as the Agent Recruitment Director, responsible for identifying and transitioning agents to Nebraska Realty. Through their extensive experience, Matthew has become a multi-million dollar producer and is known for their honesty, fairness, and exceptional client service.

Matthew Hover obtained their Bachelor's degree in German and History from the University of Nebraska at Kearney from 1996 to 2000. Matthew then pursued a Masters degree in History at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, which they completed between 2001 and 2004.
