Gary Bayfield is an FCA qualified chartered accountant with 20 years of industry experience. They began their career at Deloitte as an Assistant Manager before moving to Compass Group as a Finance Manager. Gary has since held various roles at Veolia, including Planning & Reporting Controller for Ireland and the Nordics, and is currently the Head of Financial Reporting & Transformation at NEC Group. They earned a Master of Engineering degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
