Gary Masters

Gary Masters is a highly motivated professional with extensive experience in delivering complex operations within the live events industry. Currently serving as the General Manager of the NEC Campus, Gary collaborates with key partners and stakeholders to manage large-scale infrastructure projects while ensuring the seamless delivery of campus operations. Prior to this role, Gary held various positions at NEC Group, including Security and Traffic Operations Manager, and integrated facilities services management. Gary's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Crowd Safety Management and a Diploma in Facilities Management, among other qualifications. Their tenure in the British Army as a Royal Engineer from 1984 to 1990 further complements their diverse skill set.
