Mark Morrell

Mark Morrell is currently the Head of Legal Corporate Services at NEC Software Solutions since May 2016. Prior to this role, Mark held various titles such as Senior Corporate Legal Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel at the same company. Before joining NEC, Mark worked at Brabners from September 2007 to May 2016, starting as an Associate. Mark's experience includes advising on acquisitions, fund-raisings, reverse takeovers, and sales for various companies. Mark holds a Legal Practice Course degree from Nottingham Law School and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nottingham.
