Ana Radler is the NEC International General Counsel, leading global legal and compliance strategy across diverse markets outside Japan. With substantial in-house legal experience, Ana has a strong focus on commercial law, contracts negotiation, and risk management. Prior roles include Corporate Counsel at Intelig Telecom, International Legal Advisor at ArcelorMittal, and Senior Legal Counsel at BHP Billiton. Ana holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from Ibmec Business School and an LL.B. from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, complemented by studies in International Relations at Georgetown University Law Center.
