Lance Heather is an experienced professional in the security solutions industry with a focus on biometric technologies. Currently serving as the Victorian State Sales Manager for Security Solutions at Convergint Australia and as a Senior Business Development Manager for Convergint Technologies Pty Ltd since March 2021, Lance has a proven track record in creating new business opportunities within the Security Identity Industry. Lance's tenure at NEC Australia spans from 2005 to the present, where responsibilities include overseeing biometric solutions and developing identity/security solutions for government and enterprise clients. Earlier career roles include managerial positions in product development at AAPT, customer operations at Fujitsu Australia Limited, and service management at various companies. Lance holds a Diploma in Advanced Electronic Engineering from Preston Technical College.
