From her early years with Necco Foster Care, to her current role as Vice President of Residential Services, Necco Center’s Bianca Sexton has been leading the way at Necco for over 20 years. Bianca is a Texas native, holding both a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Communication, focusing on diversity and inclusion and the belief that regardless of challenges, everyone deserves a chance to find their family.
