Casey Ott graduated from the University of Kentucky with dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resource Management and Analytics. As a student athlete, they honed their time management and teamwork skills while competing in women's golf. Casey worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and a Human Resources Intern before becoming an Employee Benefits Associate Analyst at USI Insurance Services. Currently, they serve as a Senior Benefits Specialist at Necco, applying their expertise in HR and benefits.
