Nerissa Sparkman

Nerissa Sparkman, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Business Transformation at Necco since March 2024, following a successful tenure at the same company that began in August 2015, where roles included Business Analyst Team Lead, Business Analyst, and Team Leader for Recruiting. Prior to joining Necco, Nerissa worked as a Social Service Clinician at the CHFS-Department for Community Based Services from August 2007 to July 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Sociology from Morehead State University.
