Michael Weinstein

Michael Weinstein has a diverse work experience in the supply chain field. Michael is currently serving as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Nécessaire, Inc. since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in various roles, including Executive Director of New Brand Empowerment and Global Brand Supply Chain Integration Lead from April 2018 to February 2021, and as the Executive Director and Global Brand Supply Chain Lead at GLAMGLOW from April 2015 to April 2018. Michael also worked at Stila Cosmetics as the Director of Global Supply Chain from August 2014 to April 2015. Starting their career at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in 2007, they held positions such as Manager of Global Brand Supply Chain at SMASHBOX from July 2012 to August 2014, Contract Manufacturing Planning Manager from January 2011 to July 2012, and Production Supervisor from July 2007 to December 2010. Prior to their cosmetics industry experience, they worked as a Marketing Intern at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange from September 2005 to March 2006.

Michael Weinstein graduated from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance.
