Sandra Hamilton

Sandra Hamilton has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sandra most recently worked at NECI as a Sr. Enterprise Solutions Engineer, where they supported MES development for a paperless clinical manufacturing plant. Sandra'sresponsibilities included working with customers to develop functional requirements for MES solutions, as well as collaborating with a team to develop, implement, troubleshoot, and validate/test Syncade MES solutions.

Prior to NECI, Sandra worked at Rockwell Automation for seven years. During their time there, they held the role of Sr. Industrialization Engineer, where they participated in the design process by reviewing designs and proposing improvements to improve manufacturability. Sandra also designed and set up manufacturing processes for new products, including PCBA process and final assembly process, and configured and validated the process with ERP (SAP) and MES (Oracle, FactoryTalk, Optel). Additionally, Sandra served as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, acting as the process owner for ControlLogix, panelview, and PCBA process. Sandra responded to manufacturing problems, investigated and resolved them to ensure a smooth production flow, and led productivity and process improvement projects.

Before Rockwell Automation, Sandra worked at Corning Incorporated for seven years as a Sr. Process Engineer. Sandra contributed to tank start-up projects in multiple manufacturing plants during a high-speed expansion growth period for display technology. Sandra led new technology development and migration projects and coordinated cross-functional teams during tank start-ups.

Sandra's early work experience includes a role as a Process Engineer at Winbond. Sandra was responsible for the physical vapor deposition process, focusing on maintaining process stability and quality control. Sandra also worked on productivity improvement through second source assessment.

Sandra Hamilton holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Chemical Engineering from Yuan-Ze University. Sandra also pursued advanced studies in engineering materials at The University of Manchester, where they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Advanced Engineering Materials.
