Arturo Herrera is the current CEO of Necodex. Arturo has previously worked as a Consultor at Cisgo Consultoría, RO Solutions Software Development, and TE Connectivity. Arturo has also worked as a Design & Automation Engineer at CIP Centro de Innovación Y Prototipado SA de CV and as a Product Development at MCHTEC S.A de C.V. Arturo Herrera began their career as an Agente de servicio técnico at Intugo Mexico.

Arturo Herrera has a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, a Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Quality and Productivity Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a diploma in Engineering from Oklahoma State University. Arturo also has certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in Scrum Fundamentals Certified and Scrum Master Certified.
