Necron Group is a Swiss-based real estate investment and development company with a focus on commercial property in Switzerland, the Netherlands, and across the EU. We deliver turnkey storage and logistics facilities for light industry, plan and realise hotel projects throughout Europe, and develop and implement innovative healthcare concepts.

What began with hospitality projects has grown into a holistic approach to real estate development. Necron anticipates market trends, creates supply chains and jobs, and delivers projects that meet the needs of key stakeholders. Our projects offer attractive opportunities for qualified investors seeking stability and returns.

Sustainability is embedded in everything we do. Necron projects are driven by the principles of the circular economy: from using natural, bio-based materials such as timber, to managing resources responsibly, and ensuring materials are returned for reuse. In doing so, we take responsibility for society while shaping future-proof real estate.
