Dr. Grant Manuel is a Chief Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the nuclear and rail industries, specializing in process automation. Currently serving as the Chief Engineer for Control and Instrumentation at Necsa, Dr. Manuel is responsible for designing control systems for nuclear and chemical facilities. Previously, they held various roles including Hardware Developer and Project Manager at Stanley Security Solutions, as well as Nuclear Security Systems Manager at Necsa, where they led initiatives to enhance nuclear security. Dr. Manuel earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, along with both a Bachelor and Master of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
