Fuzala Khan

Fuzala Khan is currently the Snr Production Manager at Necsa Group, where they are responsible for implementing strategic operations objectives and managing all aspects of production. Previously, they held roles such as GM Maintenance and Engineering and Acting Maintenance Manager at Necsa, overseeing multiple fluorine-based production facilities. Fuzala has extensive experience in process optimization, safety, health, and environmental quality, and has a strong background in chemical engineering, holding a BTech from Durban University of Technology and an MBA from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Additionally, they are furthering their education in leadership at the University of Pretoria and GIBS Business School.
