Devon Walker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, product development, and organizational consultancy. As the Owner of DeepLight Coaching since November 2020, Devon provides transformative coaching services. Currently serving as an Executive Coach & Partner at Talentism and working as a Nectara Integration Guide, Devon helps individuals navigate and integrate psychedelic experiences into their lives. Prior experience includes roles as Product Owner & Process Designer at Imbellus, where Devon led teams to create innovative cognitive assessments, and as Principal at Alexander Brooks & Associates LLC, focusing on workplace solutions. Earlier in the career, Devon held leadership positions at Bridgewater Associates and co-founded Run for America. Devon's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Pepperdine University and a Strauss Institute Certificate in Conflict Management from Pepperdine Law, alongside an Executive Management Program from the University of Richmond's Robins School of Business.
