Vicky Le has a wealth of experience in community operations, sales and success, student support, and leadership roles. In 2022, they began working as a Community Operations Manager at Nectir, a community and engagement platform for higher education. In 2021, they were a Sales & Success Specialist at Nectir, designing and launching the Nectir Help Center, measuring success metrics, and sourcing leads from target schools. From 2019 to 2021, Vicky worked at UCSB Housing, Dining, & Auxiliary Enterprises as an Assistant Complex Coordinator, managing a community of 1,200 undergraduate students, directly supervising and training 50 student staff, and mentoring students on topics of mental health, financial, academic, and interpersonal issues. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Residence Hall Returning Desk Attendant at UCSB Housing, Dining, & Auxiliary Enterprises, supporting 800 first-year students and training 7 new desk attendants. In 2017, Vicky worked as a Disabled Students Program Exam Proctor & Notetaker at UC Santa Barbara, ensuring disability-based exam accommodations, maintaining student confidentiality, and accurately and promptly recording and uploading class notes. From 2016 to 2017, they were the National Residence Hall Honorary President at UCSB Housing, Dining, & Auxiliary Enterprises, advising and leading a team of 35 student leaders, managing a working budget of $150,000, and chairing the campus recognition committee. Additionally, Vicky was a Resident Assistant at UCSB Housing, Dining, & Auxiliary Enterprises, providing support, resources, and guidance for 70 first-year students. In 2017, they were a Marketing and Outreach Coordinator at Blunite, an organization formed by UCSB students in response to the Isla Vista tragedy, collaborating with 30 team members and working with a budget of $20,000 to organize a memorial vigil and LED carnival with over 2,000 attendees. In 2015, Vicky was the Hall Council President at UCSB - Housing and Residential Services, representing over 800 first-year residents, training executive board members, designing meeting agendas, and administering weekly hall council and executive board meetings. Finally, in 2014, they were the Division 12 South Lieutenant Governor at Key Club International, overseeing 13 different high school's Key Clubs, submitting monthly reports, and facilitating club officer trainings.
Vicky Le obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from UC Santa Barbara between 2015 and 2019. In 2016, they received the Safer Sex Peer certification from UCSB Health and Wellness. Vicky also holds a Safe Zone Certification from UCSB Resource Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity.
