Basheer

Basheer (Bash) has an extensive background in banking, currently serving as Regional Manager at Nedbank since January 2006, responsible for operations and sales performance in the Tshwane Far North and East Region. Previously, Bash held leadership roles such as Head of Retail Sales, Distribution and SME for Rest of Africa, and Head of the Branch of the Future and Strategic Projects, contributing to strategic initiatives and profitability management. Bash's earlier experience includes managing a Local Market Expansion Team at Standard Bank Group, focusing on customer acquisition and cross-selling strategies. Bash is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration and Management at Henley Business School - Africa, building on previous qualifications in Retail Banking and Organizational Leadership.
