Bester (Hermine) has over 18 years of experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Head of Relationship Innovation at Nedbank, a position held since October 2005. Bester has progressed through various roles at Nedbank, including Head of Innovation and Special Projects, Manager of Quants, and Senior Manager in multiple areas such as Credit Models and Credit Portfolio Management. Prior to joining Nedbank, Bester worked as a Treasury Analyst at Rand Refinery Limited for a brief period.
