Moses (Terence) has extensive experience in human resources, beginning as an HR Business Partner at Absa from December 2005 to January 2009, followed by a role as HR Manager at Imperial Bank from January 2009 to January 2010, where responsibilities included overseeing HR strategy, training, organizational design, talent sourcing, and employee relations. Since February 2010, Moses has served as an Executive Business Partner at Nedbank, focusing on providing strategic partnership services to an IT division and developing a relevant People Strategy to enhance organizational effectiveness.
