Nomsa Sofuthe

Nomsa Sofuthe is a Learning and Development Specialist with extensive experience in the field of talent development and organizational learning. Currently employed at NEA ONNIM CONSULTING since January 2023, Nomsa previously held the position of Learning and OD Manager at Nedbank CIB since January 2017 and served as Learnerships Manager at Nedbank since January 2009. Responsibilities include the implementation and management of learnership programs, relationship management with SETAs and training providers, and the design and execution of learner inductions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Regenesys, a National Diploma in Commercial Practice, a B Tech in Human Resources Development, and a Bachelor of Technology in Business Administration, all obtained from various institutions, including the University of South Africa.
