Jan Nederpel has extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations. Since May 1998, Jan has served as Directeur at Nedec, a specialist in temporary and permanent recruitment for the banking and insurance sectors. Additionally, since January 2012, Jan has been Directeur at Consis Academie, which is recognized as a leading provider of Wft training in the Netherlands, developing all Wft modules in-house. In January 2018, Jan also took on the role of Directeur at PeopleXCheck, introducing a unique online screening concept that allows candidates to conduct their own screenings.
