Joe Hayes is a seasoned sales and project management professional with over 20 years of experience in retail and operations management. Currently, Joe serves as a Project Manager for Capital Projects at Nederman and is the President/Owner of B&C Innovations, providing project-based consulting across various industries. Previously, at Lowe's, Joe successfully led merchandising activities across multiple divisions and managed various projects, showcasing expertise in P&L management, vendor negotiations, and data analysis. Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is actively engaged in the community as a board member of the local fire department.
