Maria Rausch

Maria Rausch currently serves as the HR Director for Germany at Nederman, starting in July 2025. Previously, Maria held the position of HR Business Partner EMEA at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems from October 2022 to July 2025, contributing to management for a large-scale manufacturer in access solutions. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Koenig & Bauer Banknote Solutions, Assistant to Senior Vice President Human Resources at LEONI Bordnetz-Systeme GmbH, and Personnel Officer at LAUDA DR. R. WOBSER GMBH & CO. KG. Additionally, Maria has specialized in international transfer management at ZF Friedrichshafen and gained foundational experience through internships at Volkswagen AG and Credit Europe Bank Russia. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Cultural and Business Studies from Universität Passau and a Diplom in Linguistics from Linguistics University of Nizhny Novgorod.
