Olga Chelis

Olga Chelis has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources management. Olga started their career as an HR Specialist at Apsys Polska in 2002 and worked there until 2007. Olga then joined Bergerat Monnoyeur as an HR & Administration Director and held various responsibilities, including HR consulting, policy implementation, recruitment, and employee benefits management, until 2013. After that, they worked as an HR Manager at Bouygues Immobillier Polska from 2014 to 2015. Currently, they work at Nederman as the Human Resources Director in SSC, where they are responsible for all HR matters including employer branding, recruitment, onboarding, coaching, change management, and overseeing payroll.

From 1996 to 2001, Olga Chelis attended Uniwersytet SWPS, where they completed their Master's degree in Social Psychology.
