Steven T.

Steven T. has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. Steven began their career at Lau Industries, where they served as a Product Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Division Engineering Manager. Steven then moved on to United Air Specialists, where they held positions as Vice President Engineering, Vice President Sales & Marketing, and Asia Business Unit Leader. Following this, Steven joined CLARCOR Industrial Air as Vice President Marketing & Business Development. Steven later worked at Ruskin Rooftop Systems, a Johnson Controls company, as Vice President Energy Recovery & EcoAdvance Solutions. Currently, Steven is employed at Nederman as the Vice President General Manager of the North America Division. Throughout their career, Steven has successfully managed global marketing and business development operations, established market intelligence to identify growth opportunities, and led the development and execution of strategic growth plans. Steven also has experience driving organizational changes, overseeing multi-million dollar budgets, and facilitating integration between engineering teams.

Steven T. completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wright State University in 1992. Steven went on to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Butler University, which they completed in 1998. In 2000, Steven T. studied Manufacturing Supervision at Wright State University. Later, in 2015, they pursued a program called "Driving Strategic Impact" at Columbia University.
