Thomas Niklasson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in marketing, communications, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Nederman Group since June 2014, Thomas is responsible for developing partner sales and building a global marketing team and strategy, while also being a member of the management group. Previous roles include Vice President of Partner Sales & Marketing at Nederman, mentorship at Adeptus Mentor program, and board memberships at Glycorex Transplantation AB and Drivkraft Malmö. Thomas has a strong background in corporate communications and investor relations, having held key positions at Lindab, Cardo AB, and PartnerTech. Thomas's educational credentials include the Latour Executive Management Program and certifications as a coach from the International Coach Federation.
