Travis Haynam

Travis Haynam has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Travis started their career as an Engineering Co-Op at Worthington Industries, where they gained experience in CAD design work and project management. Travis then moved on to United Air Specialists, where they held various roles including Director of Engineering and Director of Business Development and Technical Sales. In these positions, they managed engineering teams, led sales support and commercial growth strategies, and introduced new product lines. Following their time at United Air Specialists, Travis joined Parker Hannifin as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for managing the Industrial Filtration equipment product portfolio. Currently, Travis is working at Nederman as Vice President Segments, where they focus on strategy development, improving customer experience, identifying growth opportunities, and positioning the business for sustained organic growth. Travis has also served as the Director of IoT Development at Nederman, where they developed and implemented the company's IoT platform strategy.
