Need A Barista (NaB) is Australia’s No.1 ‘just-in-time’ barista staffing solution.

Since 2016, NaB has filled thousands of shifts, ensuring that cafes, restaurants and venues across the country always serve the highest quality coffee - even when their regular barista is unavailable.

Having worked with cafes across Melbourne, Sydney, New York, London and even Osaka, we know that success is all about consistent, first-class coffee, and of course, excellent service. We also know that in today’s coffee obsessed culture an average latte is more than just a “bad coffee”.

It impacts your business’ reputation.

This is where Need A Barista steps up. Whether it is for a day, a week, or an extended period, we remove the stress when you’re short on a quality barista and short on time.

Through our Need A Barista Quality Accreditation, our team of coffee experts hand pick only the most qualified, experienced and professional baristas. We interview, reference check and personally vet every barista meaning that the person behind your machine always has years of high-volume coffee experience and exceptional customer service.

In short, we make sure that they are the kind of person you want working at your café.

So, whether it’s an emergency, or just covering staff leave, having the ability to cost-effectively book an experienced and professional barista on a moment’s notice is critical.
