Yoona Kim

Yoona Kim is an experienced professional in clinical operations and healthcare services, currently serving as the Abstraction Lead for Clinical Operations at Need since March 2022. Previously, Yoona co-founded and led operations at Lifecare Inc., a company focused on the development of infants and young children, from January 2020 to March 2022. Yoona's background includes roles as Operations Manager at SWING, and a Senior Clinical Trial Nurse and Clinical Research Coordinator at Severance Hospital's Pediatric Hematology & Oncology Department. Additional experience includes working as a Registered Nurse in the GI department at HS Medical Center and a Marketing Intern at SKONO Korea.
