Erin Huff

Erin Huff has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the retail industry. Erin is currently working at Needed as the Director of Planning, a position they started in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Torrid as an Inventory Planning Manager, where they developed sales, inventory, markdown, and margin plans for three departments in the apparel division. Erin also collaborated with the allocation team to manage inventory flow to stores and the web.

Before Torrid, Erin was employed at Quiksilver, where they held two roles. Erin was an Outlet Planner, responsible for buying and planning for multiple brands across categories for the outlet stores. Erin also managed inventory levels, transfer products, markdowns, and promotional calendars. Erin also worked as an Allocator, overseeing inventory levels for both outlet and full-price stores, developing supply reports, and managing replenishment setup for Quiksilver and DC product.

Prior to Quiksilver, Erin worked as an Allocator for Skechers and as an Assistant Inventory Planner and Merchandise Trainee for DICK'S Sporting Goods. Erin also gained experience in customer service as a Crew Member at Cold Stone Creamery.

Erin's work experience extends beyond the retail industry. Erin served as a Social Media Coordinator for Newport Advisory, LLC, where they managed social media accounts, engaged with clients, and coordinated newsletters. Erin also gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern in socks and bags buying at DICK'S Sporting Goods and as an Emerging Leader Store Intern at JCPenney.

Erin's professional journey began with a role as a Student Caller at the University of Arizona Telephone Outreach Program. Through their various positions, Erin has honed their skills in planning, inventory management, allocation, buying, and social media coordination. Erin brings a well-rounded skill set and a wealth of industry knowledge to their current role as Director of Planning at Needed.

Erin Huff completed their Bachelor's degree in Retailing and Consumer Sciences from the University of Arizona. Erin attended the university from 2011 to 2015.
