Natalie Newman is an experienced HR consultant and fractional HR leader with a strong background in talent and people operations. They have held various influential roles, including Director of People Operations at Gimbal and VP of Talent & People at Jaanuu. Natalie is currently engaged as an Advisory Network Member at ChangeEngine and as a Fractional HR consultant at Needed, drawing on over a decade of expertise in startup environments and people practices. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Sociology from the University of San Diego, as well as a Master of Arts in Sociology from The George Washington University.
