Austen Dake has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Starting in 2013, Austen interned as a Marketing Intern at Revance Therapeutics, Inc. In 2015, Austen joined InkHouse Media + Marketing as an Account Coordinator and later progressed to become an Assistant Account Executive, Account Executive, and eventually a Public Relations Manager.

In 2018, Austen became a Strategic Communications Consultant and worked as a self-employed professional until 2021. During this time, Austen also joined Hired, Inc. as a Content Marketing Manager from 2019 to 2020.
