Eric Olson

Eric Olson has a diverse work experience, starting as an Intern in Cost Accounting at General Dynamics Information Technology in 2006. Eric then worked their way up, holding roles such as Financial Analyst, Internal Control Analyst, Sr. Internal Controls Analyst, and Internal Controls Supervisor. In 2017, they transitioned to Vertex Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Internal Auditor before moving to Needham Bank in 2018. At Needham Bank, they held roles such as Vice President, Enterprise Risk and Security Officer, and ultimately became the First Vice President, Director, Enterprise Risk Management and Security Officer.

Eric Olson attended Boston Latin School for their high school education. Eric then went on to graduate from Providence College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. In 2016, they obtained a certification as a Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc.
