Christopher Dancy

Christopher Dancy, M.Ed., SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in education and communication, currently serving as a Middle School Science Teacher at Needham Public Schools since 2006. Dancy's teaching emphasizes creating an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment, integrating social and emotional learning with Next Generation Science Standards. In addition, Dancy oversees the DEI digital communications for Needham Public Schools, aligning initiatives with diversity goals. Dancy also holds the position of Vice President of Communications for the Needham Education Association and has a rich background in program specialization and curriculum development from roles at various educational institutions. Dancy's educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Boston College and multiple graduate certificates in nonprofit management, diversity and inclusion, and regulatory affairs.
