Malha Neddaf

Malha Neddaf has a diverse work experience that spans different industries. Malha began their career in 2016 as a Stage en analyse financière at the Banque d'agriculture et de développement rural where they gained experience in financial analysis and managing banking risks. Malha also developed their skills in client portfolio management and assessing the solvency of companies applying for bank loans.

In 2016, Malha also worked as a Vendeuse polyvalente at a local market, where they were responsible for selling fruits and vegetables, interacting directly with customers, and negotiating with suppliers.

In 2018, Malha joined CCI Normandie and took on the role of organizing and planning the Festival des entrepreneurs. Malha also assisted visitors and professionals, facilitated conferences, and ensured smooth event operations.

During the same year, Malha gained sales experience at IKEA Group. Malha focused on maintaining a well-stocked and organized area, maximizing sales and profitability, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Recently, Malha worked at NeedHelp as a Business Developer. Malha held various positions, including Team Lead Business Development and Business Developer B2B & B2C. Their responsibilities included managing a client portfolio, establishing B2B and B2B2C partnerships, maintaining customer relationships, and guiding users through the reservation/purchase process.

Throughout their work experience, Malha demonstrated strong skills in sales, customer relations, project organization, and financial analysis.

Malha Neddaf's education history begins in 2016, when they enrolled in the University of Caen Normandy.
