Melanie Salomon has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. In 2022, they joined NeedHelp as a Customer Success Officer NL. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2020, they worked at Approche Sur Mesure as a Conseillère client Dior, where they served as an ambassador for a luxury brand in the Dutch, Belgian, French, and English markets. Their responsibilities included customer relations through various channels, e-commerce support, product advice, and sales. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Translating e-commerce at showroomprive.com. In 2016, they were a Chef de projet événementiel at Equilibre, and in 2015, they completed an internship as an Assistant Chef de projet événementiel at CRUSH AGENCY. Melanie Salomon began their education in 2009, studying Commerce international/Commerce at Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée, from where they earned a DUT Techniques de Commercialisation degree in 2011. Following this, from 2011 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor of Marketing Management at University College Birmingham. Finally, they completed their education from 2012 to 2015 at EIML Paris, earning a Master's degree in Marketing spécialité "Managing a Hospitality, Wines&Liquors and Gastronomy Brand."
