Tom Engdahl

Tom Engdahl is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment, sales, and entrepreneurship. As the Founder of Trankeela from September 2018 to December 2020, Tom led the company until its acquisition by Needo. Prior roles include Sales and Acquisition Manager for Europe at Lagardère Sports and Senior Consultant at Nigel Wright Group, specializing in mid-level and executive recruitment in E-commerce, Corporate Finance, and Private Equity. Tom also served as a Recruitment Consultant with Lager & Partners, focusing on financial recruitment, and worked as a Sales Executive for IEC in Sports covering the African market. Currently, Tom is a Co-Founder at Needo Recruitment. Tom holds a 1st Class Honours, BA (Hons) in Global Business Management from European Business School in London and has also studied International Business at Copenhagen Business School.
