Daphne Luong

Daphne Luong is currently an advisor at Needslist. Daphne has also been a steering committee member at Lacuna Fund since April 2020. Luong has also been a member of the board at World Pulse from August 2016 to December 2020. Additionally, they were a senior director software engineering, research / Google AI from July 2016 to October 2021. Luong was also a director software engineering at Nest Labs / Google Nest from August 2014 to June 2016. Prior to that, they were the VP of engineering at [24]7 from May 2012 to July 2014. Luong attended Santa Clara University and was a community advisory board member at El Camino Hospital Women's Hospital from October 2009 to October 2014. Finally, they were a principal development manager at Microsoft from May 2007 to May 2012.

Daphne Luong received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Daphne then completed the SITN Program in Computer Science at Stanford University. Luong went on to earn their Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and later from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
