Emergency Manager/training Coordinator

Roger Shields is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military and emergency management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Mentor in Theater Logistics for the US Army, a position held since August 2007, Roger also occupies the role of Emergency Manager and Training Coordinator at Neel-Schaffer Engineering since July 2007. Previously, Roger contributed to the Mississippi Army National Guard as Assistant Adjutant General and Chief of Staff from July 2000 to 2004. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from William Carey College, complemented by an Associate's degree in Industrial Technology from Northwest Mississippi Junior College.
