Nadeem Shaikh is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader in the fintech and social enterprise sectors, currently serving as the Founder and Managing Partner of Neem, an embedded finance platform focused on enhancing financial wellness for underbanked communities in emerging markets. In addition to this role, Nadeem is the Founder and Non-Executive Chairman of The Future Farm, which promotes healthier entrepreneurship, and serves as a Non-Executive Board Member for Access Afya and a Trustee at both CARE Pakistan and Prospero World, contributing to education and community health initiatives. Previous positions include President of Global Digital Financial Services at VEON and various advisory roles in notable companies such as Moven and Currencycloud. Nadeem holds an MBA from London Business School and Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Finance from the University at Albany.
