Abigail Brown

Abigail Brown is a Senior Research Associate at Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships since January 2024, previously serving as an Eagleton Fellow at the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, where research focused on Inflation Reduction Act funding for residential building decarbonization. Experience includes a Climate Corps Fellowship at the Environmental Defense Fund, where efforts resulted in a comprehensive implementation plan for a pilot program on anaerobic digestion in NYCHA. Prior roles include a Staff Engineer at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, where project management and technical document writing were key, and various internships that enhanced laboratory skills and research capabilities, culminating in a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering from Cornell University.
