David Smedick is a mission-driven decarbonization leader with 15 years of experience in the energy transition and climate justice movement. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships, they focus on scaling efficiency and clean heating solutions. David has a rich background in policy development, advocacy, and campaign implementation, having previously held significant roles at the Sierra Club and RMI. They are a graduate of Duke University's Master of Environmental Management program and a recipient of a regional environmental leadership fellowship. Additionally, David has served on Maryland’s Commission on Climate Change and is a LEED AP credential holder.
