Nefertiti was established in 1975 in Alexandria, Egypt, as a family-run business providing marine services and support. Over the years, the company expanded its scope to include ship design, shipbuilding, fabrication, maintenance and overhauling, as well as distributorship. In 2000, Nefertiti began operating its own building and repair facility (YARD K), followed by a strategic expansion into the industrial sector in 2010, offering mechanical works, pipework, welding, and fabrication services.
