NEFORMA is an advocacy and analytical centre in Ukraine, established by lawyers with many years of experience in regulatory work in the legislative and executive branches of power in Ukraine, specialising in building dialogue between business and the public sector with the state. We work at the intersection of analytics, GR, advocacy, and public initiatives, creating solutions that change government policies, systems, and practices in the long term.

Our team consists of experts in public policy and regulatory drafting, experienced lawyers of various specialisations, and young leaders of public movements. We involve government agencies, businesses, civil society and international partners in our projects to develop comprehensive solutions aimed at real change.

Created because a rolling stone gathers no moss.
