Negotiata is an Adelaide based Buyer's Agency, founded by Leon Spadavecchia and Ben Finis in 2025. Both Directors also lead our sister company FINANCIA, leaving clients with access to expertise across bother property and finance under one trusted network.

As licensed real estate professionals, the Negotiata team works exclusively on behalf of the buyer throughout the entire property buying process. Our services range from end-to-end support from property search to settlement, negotiation-only assistance or auction day representation.

With strong relationships across Adelaide's real estate agent network, the team regularly provides clients with access to off-market and pre-market properties not publicly listed.
