Rutger Grollers

Rutger Grollers currently serves as Commercieel Directeur at NEH since October 2025. Previously, Rutger held the position of Head of Acquisition at Just Eat Takeaway.com from August 2023 to September 2025. Prior roles include Managing Director & Sales Director at Capgemini’s Cloud Infrastructure Services NL (October 2021 - April 2023), Country Director & Sales Director Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (June 2020 - September 2021), and Commercial Director at Fujitsu (January 2017 - May 2020). Additionally, Rutger worked as Global Account Director at BT Group (January 2014 - December 2016) and in various leadership roles at KPN, including Managing Director for both Achmea and ABN AMRO. Early career experience includes Sales Consultant at Canon Business Process Services and multiple product management roles at DSM. Rutger holds a Master's degree in Bedrijfswetenschappen from Radboud University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerciële Economie from Hanze, complemented by executive education at IMD in 2011.
