Dunja Bitar has amassed diverse experience in sales, talent acquisition, and business development within various organizations. Beginning as a Sales Assistant at McGregor Fashion Group and later at Bollag-Guggenheim AG and Odlo, Dunja transitioned into roles of increasing responsibility at Avrios, including Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and Head of Growth, where key contributions involved automating processes, enhancing lead generation, and managing employer branding initiatives. Currently, Dunja serves as the Founder of StarkSpace, a SaaS platform designed to merge traditional bodybuilding with mental health strategies, while also holding the position of HR Generalist at Neho. Dunja's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen.
