Charu Manocha is a transformational HR leader with extensive experience in building business-centric cultures and enabling growth. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SmartPak and holding board positions at the National Association for the Education of Young Children and the Northeast HR Association, Charu is dedicated to fostering an inclusive work environment. With past roles including Vice President of Human Resources at iRobot and Keurig Green Mountain, Charu has consistently focused on the intersection of employee well-being and organizational performance. Charu holds an MBA from Youngstown State University and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Delhi University.
