David Weaver is a recognized expert in employee compensation and human resources with an extensive career spanning various leadership roles. Currently serving as a 2X Bestselling and Award-Winning Author at Pay Matters, David has penned influential works including *Pay Matters: The Art and Science of Employee Compensation* and *Pay Matters to Kids.* As Executive Director of the Pay Matters Foundation, David oversees philanthropic initiatives aimed at educating individuals on compensation. Additionally, David serves as Executive Advisor for the Compensation Hall of Fame, Founder of the Compensation & HR Group and Equal Pay Group, and holds teaching positions at the Compensation Analyst Academy and Northeast Human Resources Association.
